I have found the same shoe that I am wearing $20 cheaper in catalogs received from other companys. WHY??

I ordered a pair of "Earth Shoes", which are as expected and relieve the heel spur pain I was experiencing, however I really would LOVE it if they were available in a wide with.

I like the products, but shipping costs are high and when I don't have a proper fit and have to return, I've spent a lot of money with nothing to show for it. Sizes are not standard from manufacturer to manufacturer and its a guess as to size.

The shoes looked nice but the left was bigger than the right (that is a first!), were quite uncomfortable and left black scuff marks on my kitchen floor.

When my Paypal transaction failed, FootSmart did not notify me. I called FS when my order didn't arrive--they said it was still "pending" and I had to use a different transaction method. Delayed my receiving the order, & I would have preferred paypal.

Quality of the slippers was low. I'm confident that these would cost you no more than $10.00 in China. You charged me 84.95. You should watch your margins as it relates to quality. I expected higher quality.
