One of the prime reasons I shopped Newegg in the past was quick delivery, usually within 3 days. On this order standard delivery took 6 days! I think that will effect my future purchase decisions.

Gentlemen I am more than satisfy with your service. Anything I need I will buy from Neweeg. One of the best companies (probably the best I have seen so far). These are my comments for Newegg and I recommend for every one to use it. Thanks a lot.

was great with this order. a following order was shipped with DHL shipping.. which sucked. as it took longer, poor tracking info.. and really had no definate estimated date of delivery...I specifically shopped Newegg for the great free shipping deals.

I was a bit concerned ordering two open box motherboards but everything was included. The first motherboard (Asrock A790GMH) is working beautifully. I'm awaiting parts on the second (MSI-790FX-GD70 before knowing if it works properly.

Windows 7 is a piece of junk! Not Newegg's fault. It is not even Lan compatible with XP. It deletes software, Windows Explorer hides data.It will not run Autorun on CDs It is a Beta product, one day Microsoft sent 8 updates!

I live on the West Coast, and selected the 3-Day UPS delivery. It was not posted or mentioned that UPS cannot deliver in or on 3 Days from the NJ warehouse. Very displeasing, as I was expecting the shipment by a certain date and it took 6 days to get...
