Website did not state thta the items came in pairs. Therefore, I ordered double the amount I needed and had to pay shipping to send the items back. I have not heard anything as of yet in regards to a credit or anything.

I actually shopped at the store to purchase these shoes. Most cleats were special order. I had a $20 coupon to use towards cleats but it said instore only so I was unable to use it online. This was a big disappointment. It should have been used for both.

i WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT AND TRIED T RETURN IT TO A STORE BUT WAS TOLD I couldn't. I had a gift card that i used wit hthis order but it did not show up on the shipping information so i thought i might be charged the full amount. BUt actually it was a computer glitch with ****s that they said they were fixing.

i tried to cancel an order on monday after ordering a product on friday and was told i did not cancel in due time. even though i called on the next business day. i had to pay returm shipping of 50 dollars which is ridiculous in my opinion.
