Have no problem with anything I have ever purchased at QVC. The only thing that would make me buy elsewhere is, for example....the Smashbox powder I just bought....if I buy that at Sephora, shipping is free

That article of clothing that I had to return was not sized well at all. After I read the reviews others the same thing.

This was my first time shopping with QVC. My favorite color is purple and when I saw the Anne Klein watch in the O Magazine, I knew I wanted it. The price was fantastic and I was thrilled to know that you had it in stock. I'll be a return customer!
