my order took way longer than it stated it would ship in and when called customer service was given the un around saying it was shipped days before it was

First timer buyer here and was quite happy. Shipped quickly and was sent confirmation email and approximite time of delivery.

Ordering online was easy and fast. Trying to contact CompUPlus in order to ask questions, confirm shipments and other support was and is a nightmare. There was a problem with my credit card information and the customer service group went above and beyond to get it straighend out and fixed. I was impressed with the e-mails, notification process, and most of all the follow through by the CS reps to make this purchase happend. I did not initiate contact with customer service. They noticed that I did not complete my initial order and contacted me to see if I needed assistance. Great Job!

My order was missing parts. I called the Garmin and was told to contact CompUPlus. I called CompUPlus and was told they did not have the missing partas and to call Garmin.
