I have always worn the same size shoe including Sketcher's brand and the ones that came are WAY too large. I can't get a hold of the phone support because it is always busy. I am so disappointed and will never tell anyone to use your web site.

I loved my new shoes, they are very stylish and comfortable. They do run one half size too big, and I had to return my first order, but I am happy with the second one.
