Ordered product on October 19 - did not receive until November 6!! Was too long between the initial order and the delivery. Product basically sat at Fed-ex location.

Really satisfied with my order but the arrival was a little slow, I placed my order on 10/18/09 and received it on 11/05/09. Thants the only thing a little negative about Joann.com, thanks.

I was a little leery because I had troubles receiving a previous order. The difficulties were due to the PO losing the package so Joann sent another item to me to a different address which was received with no problems.

delivered via fedex then the post office. I was not here the first time the post office delivered it; i had a hard time getting someone to pick it up for me as i am disabled and unable to drive. My mailbox is too far for me to walk to

I like ordering on the Internet, but I hate to wait for the package. It seems like it should arrive in at least 3 days, but it always takes longer. With the cost of postage, I would like to see my package arrive much sooner.

I was very disappointed in the product I recieved. It was a poor substitute for the fabric I ordered and was out of stock. Then to top it off, I ordered 2 yards and they sent me 1 yard of the substitute and charged me for 2 yards!!!!!

This is the 2nd time after placing an order I've been notified certain items were not available. It is frustrating, the fabric was purchased as a set for a project--without half of it, I cannot finish it. OTherwise, purchase went smoothly and quickly.

I purchased bamboo/silk yarns in a few different colors to match each other at this time. When I receive them, I was disappointed by the choice. It is hard for me to judge their colors on a screen.
