I had a fantastic trip planned for new jersey to watch the giants play, wanted to see new york and was looking for the perfect hotel in jersey close to new york. I love Hotwire and will continue to use it whenever I possibly can. I think you should have frequency program!

I really find it irritating that you cannot know what hotel until after you have paid a non returnable fee. This will probably prevent us from using Hotwire again.

engine light came on less than 1000 miles into trip, necessary to take hours getting service. Received one day rebate from Alamo.

The service from hotwire was great but the condition of the car was terrible. It was dirty and smelly from someone smoking in it. I didn't have time to switch to another car.

I needed to stay longer then planned and my second hotel I did not book with Hotwire. That cancellation policy stinks literally! I needed to just change the dates and was no compromise.The specialist I was seeing they were the ones that helped me out as to my dates. That has literally turned me off of Hotwire. The only thing I did not like about this transaction was Holiday Inn would not grant Priority points for this stay. The front desk person checking us in specifically said it was because I booked with Hotwire.

I made a mistake when booking and called immediately after booking but customer service was completely unhelpful in the change I needed to make in my reservation (type of car)
