I got the skecthers in-bound and every since I have been wearing them they has caused me to have bad pain in my leggs and the top of my foot.

I was satisfied with the ordering and receiving, but never received my e-mail with confirmation #...had to call twice to ask for # and return postage (they sent it to the wrong e-mail address)?

I was sent the wrong color shoe. When I went back online they no longer had the color I originally ordered in the size I needed. I was upset b/c it was a birthday gift gone wrong but cust srvc was easy to work with & I just mailed it back for return.

The boots I purchased did not fit and I am returning for a 1/2 size larger because I really like the product. Hopefully the 1/2 size larger will fit perfectly

great store..I just need to try shoes on..I have bought shoes my husband has been happy with. I am harder to fit. Delivery was fine..not real quick..but soon enough. Happy overall.
