WE ORDERED A FIRST BASE GLOVE FOR RIGHT HAND THROW & RECIEVEVD A LEFT HAND THROW GLOVE. IT WAS RETURNED & WE AWAIT THE NEW ONE SOON. OTHERWISE WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH MODELLS.

I had numerous canned apologies until I escalated to Cust, service manager, who with canned apologies miraculously corrected the issue 5 days earlier than expected.

I ordered two items, and one went on backorder. I received the item that was on backorder BEFORE I received the item that was in stock at the time of the order. I was not very pleased.
