Gymboree's customer service representatives are some of the most helpful, knowledgable & respectful out there. It's not often that you get someone on the phone who not only wants to help you but can.
It would be nice to get the clothes in a well packaged box.Every time i get the box its damaged torn,missing tape and if the clothes werent individually wrapped the clothes would have likely have stains bc of the POOR construction of the boxes they send.
The shipping charges seemed much too high, and it took quite a while to get to me. I much prefer shopping at the store, and will try to avoid shopping online in the future.
I hate that things are allowed to go out of stock in my cart while I am checking out when you are in the checkout process it should save the items you are purchasing for two minutes or something to allow you to complete your purchase.
I love Gymboree clothing but we need a larger store in the Barboursville, WV area. The store is too small and is not able to carry as much as another Gymboree that is 50 miles away.
I was shipped the wrong size of one item -- it was mislabelled. That issue is still being resolved but so far, so good. Customer service rep was helpful and polite.
The only complaint I have is the tracking is not up to date and they don't list expected ship date. UPS will not leave items without a signature so it is helpful I know what day they will likely deliver so I don't miss the package.
