The product I ordered was suppose to be "Navy" in color. When I got it I was not happy that it was not a true navy color but lighter

I paid premium shipping for 2 day delivery on items that were represented as in stock. One item has still not been delivered. I attempted to email an inquiry as to the status but the provide address apparently did not exist
