When our pump did'nt arrive/emailed Pet Solutions/told it was out of stock/decided to wait until they had in stock.When pet solutions had it back in stock they sent it to us.We are happy with communication & the quality of the pump.

You guys are GREAT!!!!! BUT>>>>>It would be nice if you guys sent an email saying that the items have shipped rather than waiting a week after they have arrived to notify that they have shipped. Thanks,
