I immediately called to upgrade my shipping to receive it quicker. Apparently this is not possible though I was given conflicting answers.

Although I'm satisfied with my purchase, I wish you a wider selection for tall customers. I wear a 36 waist with a 36 inseam and Lucky only has one pair of jeans in that size.

Very satisfied although the postage cost to Australia is a bit expensive. I have had 2 recent orders - the first was only 2 items and it cost the same in postage as the last package the contained about 8 items - $42.00.

The deliveries always come when I'm at work. UPS refuses to leave it on my deck because they say a signature is required. I had to wait three extra days for the jeans and was not happy about that.

love, love lucky brand! The only compliant is I tried to order online, that was a nightmare. So I went with the old fashioned way and called! In the future I will do that first!

I was charged $25.00 for 2 day delivery from UPS for 3 t-shirts. I received my product weeks later at the USPS (post office)with a postage rate of $8.70.

I love all of the things I ordered from Lucky Brand, I purchased them as Christmas gifts for my friends and family...I wish more of the tees for girls had the little silver charm sewn into them, it makes such a nice touch.
