when I emailed them saying that I needed to correct my address, yeah, they corrected the "billing" but not the shipping address, which was one and the same. Thats why my product got here late. Otherwise, I don't have any other issues with music123.
I ordered 4 items about eight days ago and have only recieved 1. I got the reciept for a guitar cable and picks, but only recieved the cable.I don't even know if the other two items have shipped since it only appears as N/A.
I bought the extra shipping for 2nd day air UPS and it did not arrive until about 5 days later, about what ground shipping takes. I called Music 123 and the girl was very friendly and said she would refund the shipping charge
I am pretty satisfied with everything except the package arrived damaged. There simply wasn't enough packing material for an item this large to be shipped they way it was. It would have been apparent to anyone.
