it took me 3 times to get a resolution and finally I got to return the item. The tuner key broke upon tuning the guitar, then one of the strings broke on top of it.

I paid for priority mail shipping and as far as I could tell it wasn't shipped priority mail. It took longer than I expected to get here.

I was purchasing gifts for my family for Christmas. Musician's Friend had everything I was looking for in one place and at reasonable prices. This is the 3rd year I did some of my Christmas shopping at Musician's Friend...

The only complaint i have is the email stated the items were shipped UPS. When i tried to track the order, i was unable to. I contacted customer service by phone, they emailed me back and told me the order was shipped US mail. It arrived the next day.
