It was disappointing to wait until the day before the "delivery date" to be notified that the item was back ordered and there was no projected delivery date. I picked up the exact item I was trying to order through your company for the same price.

If you are out of stock you should list it or e-mail the customer. After my order did not ship for a week, I had to call to find out it was out of stock. I upgraded my order to a better unit and it did ship quickly and arrived with no problems.
