Shipping and service is excellent - prices are fair, but not great - shipping charges are a little high, but products are mostly of high quality.

I had to find out from UPS that one of my items was returned because of damage. I still haven't heard from Improvements as to when I will receive a replacement. I think customer service should keep customers up to date as to the status of their order.

Excellent customer service. Will buy from again, I am glad I found Improvements, they have products at such a reasonable price that I will always check them out first before purchasing any where else.

The original cover did not fit properly and it appeared that quality control was lacking. However, customer service was very friendly and the product is great.

My problem with the time was not Improvement's responsibility, it was UPS, I still do not know what happened, but the response from Improvements was impecable, very professionaland customer oriented.

The tracking ability has improved greatly. Last time I was not able to track my purchase. This time I was able to track it right to my PO. Thank you.

Two packages were shipped; one was shipped to the correct address and was received on-time; the other had a different address (don't know why since it was all part of one order) and ended up in UPS limbo-land until I called to find out what was going on.
