I placed my order online and did not get any confirmation that my card had been accepted or a confirmation email, so as a result I ordered again and now I have 2 orders. How do I go about sending the second order back?

One of the jackets I ordered was not available,but I didn't know until later,so I thought both jackets were coming.I wound up with one VERY disappointed child & one happy child.Your staff was very apologetic.Also never got a response from an e-mail I sent
