I was unable to process the order because your website was not user friendly. I have been asked to fill out numerous surveys before final processing and now am being asked to do another one. I've canceled the order. Please don't contact me.

The power adapter doesn't seem to fit well, even though it showed compatibility with the device.

I was very impressed with the delivery speed, the manner in which the items were packaged to reduce the chances of damaged goods. Excellent service, excellent delivery, no problems what so ever.

Wow! This laptop battery is awesome. So much better than the one that came with my Toshiba. The new cord to the wall is also a major improvement from my original and the 1st replacement I purchased. It never falls out of the wall or the computer.
