I had a free shipping but your system did not allow me to enter & when i emailed to request that you refund the shipping i was told sorry, NO!

I was really excited by the quickness of receiving my product and my mother was extremely happy as she was out of the makeup and could not find it anywhere near where we live.

Everything is great, but just there are not introduction on some products,such as ingredients,how to use and so on.I have no idea to share about the product quality,because I never use them.

I enjoy purchasing beauty items from Beauty Encounter , ,,their selections are usually complete. The only thing I would recommend is capturing the "latest releases" sooner. I see them in the stores, but cannot find them on line until much later.

Delivery took so long time because you did not put any invoice on the package and my bday gift arrived after the bday... You put only 1 poor sample in the package... I sincerely thought you would have been more generous !

I received what I ordered,&since it was "marked" a cool color,thot it would be shimmery.I can't find Max Factor's shimmering makeup,so thot it would be close.The actual package is not marked Cool #3 as shown thru your example, it is just marked medium.
