I received an email indicating that I should call to resolve a problem with the billing information. I called and they said the item would be released. I got another email 36hr later and when I called they indicated that the item was already released.

Well everything was fine exept the printer i order was not windows 7 ready and i had trouble getting to hp to fix the problem. But once igot the right program it was great.
