I attempted to order some parts that turned out not to be available. I was not notified and initiated contact myself to when I observed that my shipping tracking info said cancelled.

I ordered a radiator for my car and was sent the wrong product. The radiator carparts.com sent me was not even close to what I ordered. There was no way what they sent me could even be mounted in my car let alone hooked up.

I paid extra for 3-5 day delivery. The order was promised to be shipped out in 24 hours. It took you 5 days to ship it out. I want a refund on my extra money for fast shipping. I have tried to contact customer service twice thought email.

Unfortunately, I unknowingly ordered the wrong part. I returned the items for credit to the correct items. Have not yet received replacement items.

I placed my order for an outside temp gauge and sending unit and paid $4.99 to recieve it in 3-5 business days. I have received the mount and the gauge and sending unit are not avalible to ship until next week. Please credit my account $4.99.

One item arrived defective. I sent an e-mail of explanation and received a phone call THAT DAY with a resolution. I was impressed. Fast and customer service oriented.
