I had requested tracking information but none was available to me other than "Rush" and "shipped." I wanted to know that the bike was enroute and which day to look for delivery.

The CSR talked me into the upgraded shipping for 5-7 day oppose to the free 7-10 day, and i did not receive my order till the 22 and i ordered on the 7th. the deilvery guy had the package since the 15th and did not once attempt to contact me!

I just purchased a 55 inch HDTV. Best Prices/On time delivery. Some pressure to buy cables, upgraded wall mount and warranty However the salesman was pleasant and well informed about the items and would be helpful for customers that want these extras.
