As I said before, my only disappointment was that I had to go to FedEx.com to choose which shipping option was best for me.

Norman Camera gve us a great product in a timely fashion. they communicated with us clearly and promptly via email which was exactly what we wanted and expect. Most other companies let us down, but not Norman Camera.

The issue that I had was the product I ordered online was not available in the quantity that I ordered. Someone had called me shortly after I made the purchase & asked if it was ok to substitute another product at the same price.

We love the camera but were very dismayed to find that the memory on the camera would only hold about 5 pictures. The photo that represents the product shows a memory stick with the package, and it is only later we find out that the memory stick is not included. I now realize that this fact is hidden in the very wordy description of the camera and package... More

I actually never heard of Norman Camera before I bought this lens from them. Heard of them via a post to a photo forum. They had the hard-to-find item in stock at a great price. Shipping was fast and efficient. Great store! I don't know if I'll buy from them again (usually I use B&H), but maybe I will.
