The earrings I received are very beautiful. The colour of the kunzite stones is more intense than I expected. In addition, the earrings are well crafted. I will wear these very proudly.

I am somewhat concerned about the ring that I purchased though. The size isn't large enough, and it is currently at the jewelers getting appraised and is delicate for sizing. They're afraid stones might come out.

I had to have somebody straighten out the earwires. I cannot think of anybody that wants earwires that are not straight. After getting the wires reasonably straight there was no problem. Nice looking.

excellent website. Very easy to find what I was looking for, variety, presentation of product. Easy to buy. I knew, at all times, where the necklace was and when it would be delivered. It is an excellent, unique necklace, and a very good value

My order was cancelled.I am based out of US & do not have a credit card issued in US, hence my order cannot be processed.I was v disappointed as this was not stated in the shipping policy.All it says was the billing add and the shipping add should match.

My experience on diamond.com was extremely positive. It was easy to complete my transaction and the follow up by customer service regarding order status was very reassuring. When the order arrived, it was nicely wrapped and ready for gifting.

did not let me buy on installments, but charged my cc for 23$ immediately and I had t wait 15 days to collect my money back. Unbelievable!
