Waited for a while to get a product - but it was always out of stock - eventually put in order anyway - guess it is a popular item. Love your site and service.

I am disappointed that my telephone # appeared on the shipping label on the outside of the package. That is not a necessary piece of information for a package to be delivered. It's a target for identity theft and telephone harassment.

While checking out after processing your order on line, don't forget to click on the free item because I missed out on a free mini flat iron due to that oversight. The mini flat iron would've been an asset to my hair appliances.

My hairdresser has the same brush that I bought, and I have coveted it for a long time. I have tried other brushes, but hated them all! Now I have it to use at home whenever I want, yay!
