I received the order on time but 2 things. The package was delivered to the wrong address, fortunately the neighbor brought it to us. Also, the package was to contain a happy birthday greeting card or note, but was not in the package.

I did not get the 2gb capture card I ordered - I suppose it is comming seperately

I was very pleased with the speed in which I received my products. Tehy arrived via UPS in 3 days from placeing the order! And it was shipped ground 3-7 days!!! Fantastic job!

Through the e mail and through the tracking agent, Ritz was right on the ball. Fed Ex was a little bit of a disappointment. My order sat in Nashville for 2 bysiness days with out moving. I could have had my order 2 days sooner if it had moved.
