Contractor installed fan but it did not work - after he spent 2 hrs checking and rewiring everything at least twice we called customer service and were told that we had a defective transmitter! At least the customer service rep apologized.

I did make an initial purchase, but canceled because the item was twice the amount from local stores. Your price $99.99, Lowes $56.00.

No screws or any assessories were included with the light fixture. I had to dig through some of the packets that were from previous purchases to get what I need to install the light. I would assume that these items were not packed.

I purchased 3 hunter fans to replace 3 old ones. I purchased based on the Hunter reputation for quality. The electrician could get only 1 of the 3 to balance so that the light does not vibrate/wobble. Light shows interior chain creating odd pattern.
