I was pleased to hear that the flowers made it to my Mother at work early in the day on her birthday, but I was a little disappointed with the appearance of the flowers. They looked slightly wilted.

not impressed with selection of flowers/kind/arrangement. Ad indicated fresh seasonal arrangement from seasons freshest flowers.A multi colored/multi mix bouquet arrived. Harse & unattractive grocery store bouquet.Very dissappointing

i wanted to add some baloons to my flowers, but it wasnt possible. i called customer service but they werent able to help me. the only option was to purchase the baloons separatelly and to ship them separatelly (for extra charge)

FTD has made it very simple to order flowers for delivery online. I need simple in my life and I was very happy with the outcome of the entire process.

I could not respond to the quality and attractiveness of the arrangement because they were delivered to another party. I do appreciate the follow up survey as I have been dissatisfied with another flower delivery service.

I did not see the flowers, but my daughter-in-law received them for a birthday gift and said both the flowers and the box they came in were beautiful. And they came on the right day! Thanks

The item did not arrive as pictured, but was still beautiful. For example, the item I selected was SPECIFICALLY supposed to be lilac. It was a mix of pink & white. She still loved it, but not what I ordered!
