I was expecting real embroidery for arm logo, name and numbers instead of cheap plastic Irons. Mesh Jersey material was not expected but may be OK.

One outstanding item from my order that has as yet not been shipped. Will I be getting this item by Christmas? Did not get 10% discount I was entitled to.

I can't understand why you don't have a warehouse in Canada for Canadian buyers to AVOID DUTIES for your buyers. It's the #1 reason that I will likely *NOT* buy from yr site again. It's not like there are insufficient buyers here to justify a warehouse.

I ordered three items online. One item was delivered (tie). One item was cancelled (hat). One item is delayed (T shirt). I am very disappointed and will likely not purchase again through NHL.com.

Quality is very good. The time it took to get here way to long. Still have not got cap only shirt. game is tonight only shirt to wear not hat. Will not order again from shop, where is my hat, no word in over 10 days.

I did not receive my order on time. So, I called the number on the web site and they told me that they were back orered until Dec 1. I should have been notified of the back order right away and not when I called to find out where my order was.
