I emailed a question regarding why the shipping costs to Hawaii was so high and received a response that did not address the question, then received a response saying I had over some incredibly high number of days to expect a reply.

I loved the sweater but the color was not quite as pictured. The picture was clearly a blue but the actual color was closer to purple.

JNK is my favorite brand. Some items ordered were not available, but didn't know that until a day after ordering. I hope that I will not be charged a shipping fee because the items were not available (total was now under the minimum)

This purchase is a christmas gift. Hard to respond when I'm not sure if my sister will like the gift. But she "Loves" Jones of New York clothes.

The shopping experience with Jones New York was great. Easy to use website. I am somewhat disappointed in the product. Different material than I was expecting and a much boxier cut than I anticipated. I do plan on having the jacket tailored.
