I am not happy with UPS and the way they deliver packages. They left the package at my front door and never rang the doorbell to let me know the package was delivered.

I received items packed carelessly, with noprotection, fragile glass items merely in a box without outer covering. Order wrong,two of one item, none of another. A real mess and second time this happened!

I love the house numbers! We had some difficulty during installation. While attaching the numbers one broke; however, customer service was extremely helpful and sent another number out right away. Overall we are very happy customers!
