I have not received my order! I placed it on July 19th. I have not received any information when my order was to be shipped. I am not very happy with the way this is being handled

I ordered on the 13th and received order on the 23rd. It seemed a little longer than expected, but I guess it was worth the wait. Also, it's missing the horn cover/cap on the steering wheel. Thanks.
