I ordered 2 halloween costumes for 2-day shipping. It was very expensive to ship, and it still took a week for one item. They did not tell me the other item was out of stock for a week. I had one day to go and find a costume for my child.
I transposed the first two numbers of my zip code. Meijer contacted me the next morning to correct the mistake and processed my order. my order was received a few days later. This is the type of service more companies should aspire to.
I received a backordered email. This item was in the sale paper the same day I ordered it. When I called customer service they said they didn't know when or if they would get it in. Luckily, I didn't cancel the order, because it arrived a few days later.
If I have any problem with meijer.com, it would be the lack of detail on some items. The way the cartidges were explained was insufficient for me to choose the proper cartridge for my printer.
