Waited almost 10 days for a return # to send back power supply. Now out of town and won't be able to send it until I return home on Nov 5th. I sent pic of the way product came shipped. It was supposed to be new and sealed and it appears used

I E-MAILED THEM AND TOLD THEM ALTHOUGH I RECEIVED THE XBOX 360 POWER BRICK AND CORD IT DOES NOT WORK AND ALSO ON THERE SIGHT IT SAYS UNLESS SPECIFIED ALL ITEMS ARE NEW AND THIS ITEM WAS NOT EVEN PACKAGED EXCEPT ENVELOPE IT CAME IN AND NO INVOICE.

I am very pleased that the game arrived in good condition and was playable. I like that they emailed me noting that they saw I had received the product, since that meant that they wanted to make sure I did receive the item I ordered.

The product was not delivered to the correct address. It should have been delivered to 3241 W Campus in Visalia, CA 93277. Apparently, I typed in Thousand Oaks, CA 93277 and it was delivered to 91360 (Thousand Oaks). How do I get my product?

I paid for priority mail and they sent the item first class. However I did enter my address incorrectly and didn't notice it until I processed the order. I emailed customer service and they were prompt and courteous in taking care of the matter.
