Sweetwater team was great to work with. I am not impressed with the shipping used. I'd rather pay for shipping that is prompt than get "free" shipping and have to wait. Overall I am very pleased and will return to Sweetwater for my musical needs.

I was extremely impressed with the customer service! A phone call to let me know my order was being shipped was awesome and shows they're professional with their business and satisfaction of the customer.

Fine experience. The only reason I would give a 9/10 on anything is because I like to buy local when I can, which affects my liklihood to order again. But Sweetwater is at the top of my list when I cannot buy local, which is sometimes the case.
