THe faucet was defective. I called to get another one, so that my mother's sink would be functional. The lady on the phone said that they would send another faucet, but I have not yet received it. It has been more than a week.

Their customer service does not want to help you. Their voicemail will not take any messages and they do not answer emails.

i ordered the product on October 5. I was led to believe I would receive delivery in 2-4 days. I just received the product on 10/13.

I placed the order but never got a message saying it had been shipped. I called the phone number several times but put straight to voicemail. In the end, it arrived on time and at the price quoted just no email saying it had shipped.

Cust svc support was great when I was in process of ordering. Once order was processed, I left msg to see if too late to cancel but no one contacted back. The order arrived on time and I decided to keep item but would be helpful if got em/ph call back.

The one that would have made the experience even better would have been to provide me with tracking information on the shipment of my order. I have not installed the items yet so not sure if there are any issues with the items.
