living in the Wausau area is a bonus when it comes to purchasing items from Eastbay. I viewed the item in store and then ordered on my PC with in 7 days they were at my door exactly as I anticipated.

I could not find the shoes in stock at any other vendor. I was pleasantly surprised I found them at Eastbay. I hope they have them again in the future.

I ordered shoes for my daughter, and they did not fit. I was shocked that I was going to have to pay to ship them back and pay for the exchange to ship. The initial shipping was enough. THere needs to be a better policy on exchanges.

one item seems way too large and I would like to return it...somewhat iffy 50/50. Other items are perfect. I purchased tights that I had never purchased before with a total guess on sizing and came away lucky with a perfect fit. :)

I purchased the Eastbay brand basketball jerseys - 10 total, for my team. The cut of the jerseys was inconsistent. Jerseys of the same size were 1-2" different in size in several areas.
