Some of the chairs had chipped paint spots on the black arms of the chairs. Silver showing through.

I wasn't told in advance that I would have to schedule delivery form OD to another carrier. I was sent the wrong warranty & contacted LD who made me contact somebody else. The hookups I ordered were bad and spray water.

LivingDirect was very easy to use. I liked the fact that I could get a close-up look at the items I was interested in. This was a good shopping experience!

Very pleased with my EdgeStar ice maker..I received it in 3 days with regular UPS shipping which was great. I purchased this because my refrigerator doesn't have an ice maker in it,our water is salty so I buy water to drink and now I can make good ice to.

I know the condition I recieved the product has to do with UPS. The reason I'm late in my follow up is getting it installed nd trying it out. The unit seems to be O.K. The Metal bottom of the A/C unit was bent quite a bit. It work fine.

I recieved my order and had it installed Monday, I am pleased with the dishwasher but there was a small dent on the dishwasher.

Product was b/o. When I called(before I knew)they told me a day it was coming so I could expect it. The day after it didn't arrive, I called again and then they told me it was b/o and they sent me an email that I never got.
