When ordered product i was not informed that it was backordered. I called to find out when i should expect shipment because i had not recieved a tracking # only to find you didnt even have the product in stock. I cancelled my order at that time.Customer service was helpful and understanding although they were going to charge me a 3o% cancelation fee... More

The sink I ordered was on back order which was unknown to me at the time of purchase ...email said waiting to be "fulfilled" - didn't know what that meant. Called customer service- I was able to get info about the order and it was shipped that day
