One item was not shipped with the rest. I contacted them and they promptly shipped the item. Very satisfied.

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS NOT CONTACTED ME SINCE WE SPOKE 3 WEEKS AFTER THE ORDER WAS PLACED AND 2 WEEKS AFTER THE CHARGE WAS PLACED AGAINST MY CHARGE!I STILL WANT THIS ISSUE RESOLVED.817-715-1625!

Only issue with this order is that the item was NOT in stock. The first of of the same I ordered earlier was rec'd in less than a week. When I inquired,the CS folks indicated it was not in stock. I have since rec'd and all was in good order.

I e-mailed because the fans show an energy star on the web site but nothing on the box! I called and got sent to voice mail to leave a message so I hung up. I e-mailed and never got a response. Your customer service STINKS!
