Went to the store in Greenbrier in Chesapeake but the item wasn't available. Went on line and the item was available in another store, albeit further away.

The gift card came very promptly but since it was a gift to my nephew far away I did not know he got it until today when I received a thank you email.

This GPS was delivered faster than estimated. The display screen on the GPS has a defective pixel, it is on all the time. But since it is a referb that I bought the savings is worth it because its not really that noticable.

I like best buy stores and online shopping . The only thing I don't like about best buy is the stores located at silver spring and weathon Maryland . At this stores seems like costumers are not important for the sales persons .
