This is a Christmas present and won't be opened till then. I hope that if, when it is opened on Christmas, something is broken I will not have a problem with returning for another. Can't open now to inspect as wouldn't be able to get back in box.

Fireplace set matches our fireplace screen, which is what we wanted, but quality of set is only average, considering the price. Tools are not very long and of fairly lightweight material.

The item I ordered, flat wood sticks, is hard to find at local retailers. Also nice to have somrone els lug it up and down stps to my spt. door.

Product was sent via US Mail and the tracking number sent to me was not correct. Was unable to track the product and it came a bit later than expected. Was able to have someone monitor my home to bring the package in. Product met my expectations.

I have received a partial order. Both items were shipped from the manufacturer. I received the first item(rug) within a few days. I have not yet received the second order(pillows).

First time I've ordered clothing from P&H and I loved the floral quilted vest. Without a doubt, it is the most unusual and attractive design I've seen anywhere; no Michelin Man look! Wish there had been more color selection though.
