Nordstrom is by far my favorite store to shop at. It makes me very happy that the website is just as accessable as the store. Customer service is always eager and willing to help. Shopping through Nordstrom, whether online or in person, is always a great experience.

This is my favorite store ever. Everything is perfect: products, shipping, return policies. I love Nordstrom's and I always shop here first for all my apparel needs - both in store and online.
Always shop her to order UGG boots, they have an excellent variety and colors in stock, price is equal to ordering direct from UGG and more availablity in sizes. Can also pre-order new styles. Always an easy site to use. Delivery is quick.
My purchases with this company have always been satisfactory. The only complaints I would have are that they usually do not offer shoes in a "wide" option, and many of their items that I would buy, I can't buy, because they are not offered in "plus" sizes. My only "complaint" would be that it takes between 3-4 weeks for refunds to be processed if you had to return things. But I LOVE everything else about the whole ordering process. It's my #1 choice to go to when I'm shopping for something special for myself.
