The purchase process was very easy. What I found though was that the 3rd party you were selling for wasn't on "top of their toes" on getting the order shipped. Apparently the 3rd party seller didn't arrange pickup as quick as they should have.
The XBOX was defective.The packaging in the shipment in BIG BOLD Print said do NOT ship back to where it was perchased, but to contact XBOX.I then was shipped an empty box to ship the XBOX to their repair place.And they charged my credit card $119.00.
Why give the option to do next day delivery if I order something in the middle of the week and it doesn't get to my house the next Monday. You should not put that as an option, and you should not charge that much for that process as well.
My order was well packed & delivered on time however, there was a crack in the frame around the TV screen. Since it was cosmetic in nature I was refunded $20.00 and that was nice but I would rather have a TV that was not cracked in the first place.
