My order was delayed 2 times for item not available - the call and follow-up was good the first time. the 2nd time was a little disturbing, and running my credit card two times did not appear to add value.

There was a quantity issue with both of my orders. I am still waiting for the remainder of my items. Support staff Andrew and Judy were very helpful in trying to resolve the issues with my orders. The items I did receive were better than expected.
