Website was down when I wanted to fill out a credit application. I was not happy that customer service said I could not be helped by them.

The two items I bought surpassed my expectations. The Victorian necklace was much larger than anticipated but simply beautiful. The cat was just the right size and the diamonds sparkled. My daughter will love it.

One came wrong size and store wouldn't exchange, charged me $30 to resize it. Other ring was engraved wrong. Store sent it to be fixed and still hasn't come back. I'm very upset and disappointed in this order.

The necklace I ordered was supposed to come with box chain, but came with a different kind of chain. I was satisfied with the necklace, but not the chain. My email about the issue was not replied to.
