I was very dissapointed.I got a coupon for free shipping and couldn't use on overnight shipping;No specifications were regarded against the coupon as to whether I could use it on overnight shipping or not.Then it took a week for my posters to arrive.

The USPS delived the posters on a rainy day and left the package sitting in the rain. Lickly my neighbor say it and brought it inside. If it had been there all day, the posters would have been ruined. You might want to talk to your delivery people.

sent email that says product shipped in title but was really a email telling me that the poster was oversold

They wrote an email saying the items have shipped. The day after they wrote an email saying they did not have one of the items in and their manufacturer stopped making the item. I did however get a prompt refund for the item .
