I love NYC I was disappointed I was supposed to get free shipping but there was no way to enter code the rest was wonderful

I received everything on time, but the shirts that I bought were not what I expected. I don't do a lot of online shopping, but I didn't think the shirts were "see-through".

THE PERSONAL DON?T SPEAK SPANISH AND THE REASON THAT THEY GAVE ME FOR CANCEL MY ORDER WAS WHAT IS NOT POSIBLE TO PLACE MY ORDER BECAUSE THE BILL ADDRESS IS IN MEXICO AND I EXPLAIN HER THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS IN USA (SISTER ADDRESS IN YORBA LINDA).

Charged two shipping fees due to claim that one item was backordered, but recvd it two days later. Very unfair. I frequently purchase online with other sites and never had that problem. Only bought item online due to poor service in the store.
