The orignal hat I bought was made in the USA so I thought I would buy another and behold it is made in China. Is nothing made the in the USA anymore?? I want to buy an American made hat.

I felt the exchange process was very costly and took too much time. and the guidence for size was not helpful at all

I was impressed by your service. A hat went on sale just hours after I made my purchase and I contacted your customer service and was told that I would receive the sales price. You have made a customer for life.

no email order verification on an order over $100. no notification that items were on backorder and that despite on item being in stock, both items would ship together. no attempt to make customer happy.

I found a boot sizing chart on another website AFTER I had made my purchase from Hat Country. This would have prevented my purchase of the wrong size from HC, for which I am now having to pay shipping and wait weeks to correct

I was notified the size I had ordered(lg) was unavailable but that I could choose either a x-lg or med. I chose med & received confirmation that my order was changed from large to med. When hat arrived, it was x-large but Proved to be ok fit. Great hat!
